Use the airline’s own tools for your reservation.

An existing Air Canada booking is serviced under the ticket issuer’s rules. Start with the seller and reservation details to distinguish a flight change from cancellation or a refund request.

  1. Locate the ticket receipt and identify the issuing company.
  2. Read the change and refund conditions before accepting a new itinerary or credit.

A general reservations number is not a dedicated refund department. The ticket issuer determines the servicing process.

The airline or original ticket seller controls changes, charges and refund eligibility. TravelMonte does not sell, modify or cancel airline tickets.
