An existing WestJet booking is serviced under the ticket issuer’s rules. Start with the seller and reservation details to distinguish a flight change from cancellation or a refund request.

  1. Locate the ticket receipt and identify the issuing company.
  2. Read the change and refund conditions before accepting a new itinerary or credit.

A general reservations number is not a dedicated refund department. The ticket issuer determines the servicing process.
